libertal Arts such as Painting Sculpture &c which combines
the useful & the fine arts, will be taught to such as
the greatest talent natural talent, & especially to the of the Nobility
Officers the Institution will for its own honour & people do its utmost
to give a suitable educat so superior an education that it could hardly
be met with elsewhere.

In order to prevent the Pupils from feeling disgust or fatigue, care
will be taken to combine sedentary & laborious works, industry will be
excited by moral instigations & rewards, rather than by
punishments, & the health of the Pupils will be carefully
especial care will be taken not only of the health
of the Pupils but that they may be always happy
for talents & genius can only full play when
the mind is free from care & at its ease.

The children of whatever rank of life they may be
cannot be received before they are seven years old & must
remain until they are 21. Afterwards it will depend on their
Parents or their chiefs? superiors? to leave the in the
Institution to order that they may perfect themselves in the
different arts & manufactures or to take them away to
employ them as they may think fit.

The of Noblemens & Officer's Children will during the
whole of their stay at the Institution receive their cloathing &
all that is necessary for their keep from their Parents or from
Government, & that of the least – But the other Pupils
