J.B. v. G.3.

As to the transactions at the Home Secretary's 2) 2.
Transactions at Home Sec's
visits to the ground, &c -
Committee, report - &c
already in print

Office the insidious visits to me at my house
and with me to the ground that should have
been part & parcel of the Panopticon ground,
the getting up of the Committee got up
for exhibiting the outside show of examination
& deliberation & choice between the
two plans — architecture and management
included — and the report thereupon made, they
are the greater part of them already in black
& white — some in letter prep — some in MS. —
and may possibly perhaps one of these days be laid displayed
to public view before the public by whoever they are who
come after me.
